So being bigger, that means that it spins the pump slower, is that to reduce cavitation at sustained higher RPM?

Is that the effective circumference or from the as measured OD??, because the effective diameter will be about 1/2 the belt depth down.

the DE Ur pully set fit on my sr16VE. crank pulley too... I dont see why you cant use that set.

You can, people down here have done it I believe.
