I have been spending countless evenings doing research on this and I think I have exhausted my resources for the few questions I have left so I am turning to you guys to answer them.

What I am looking for is right around 260-300hp to the wheels.

I plan on using the gtir setup you can get from Nissan Motorsports. I can get a pretty good deal on this through a dealer which is one reason I have chosen it along with the fact it looks like it will support the hp ratings I want. The real question comes into play what I will need backing this up to get those kind of figures.

I know rob c has suggested changing the compressor housing over to a t04b housing to others. Its a fairly cheap upgrade so it isn't a big deal to get. Is that required? What are the advantages of it over the stock gtir turbo?

The next question though is fuel. Can I use 370cc injectors to run this kind of setup? If so from the sounds of it I would have to be running the 4 bar fuel program which I would assume would require upgrading the fuel pump. If that is the case am I just better off with going with the fuel package the ftf sells (50lb msd injectors/fuel rail/walbro 255lph pump). The main question I have is it possible to use the 370cc injectors to run the kind of hp I would like reliably. I know andreas did, but that required the 4 bar program, should I just be safe and run the msd 50lb injectors with a 3 bar program?

The next thing that comes into play is the maf. The stock maf I realize is going to do me no good. I'd rather not have to pick up the cobra maf and then have to get the subtractor program for the jwt ecu. The limits of the bored stock maf and the gtir maf are right around the hp ratings I want. Would I be safe running either of those then? Or would I be better off running a bored gtir maf to be safe?

As for the clutch. Will the jwt pp with a stock b15 disc hold that kind of power?

Those are the main questions I have that I can't seem to find concrete answers on. The rest of the setup I plan on running is as follows.

3" inch exhaust system
2.5" downpipe
greddy profec b
greddy type s bov
intercooler piping custom made with 2 1/4" mandrel bends
b14 jwt ecu with b14 connector. b15 harness repinned into the b14 connector

Sorry for the long ass post, I think that covers everything, if anyone has any questions/comments/suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

well andreas has very kindly replied to a email I had sent him earlier about many of these questions.

It seems the t-28 will be just about at the limit of what I want. I will defiantly need the bigger injectors.

As for the maf, the b15 one may read the air I need but that is still up in the air. I suppose I could try it and take the voltage readings to find out where it really tops out at. Is there any way of determining that ahead of time though. I do have a fsm for the b15 specifically. Are there some equations I can input the information I get from it to find the theoretically amount of air a b15 maf can read?

So I can either live with being at the very edge of what the t-28 will push or find another turbo to suit my needs and provides me some level to upgrade later if I wish.

suggestions always welcome
