well I have a 92 Classic with a US SR20DE-T. I have two friends with SRT4's. well they wanted to race. So we hit it off. Just to let you know I still have the stock clutch with 90k on it and the stock 185 65 14 tires on my car. well we hit it off and I got about a car on them and we ran like that all the way to 100mph. I was shocked to see that I can run with a SRT4 and all I am running is 7psi.

Also to make this clear. This was done on private land. My friends dad has a hole shit load of land.

Yep, it's amazing what the SR is capable of, even at a low boost level.

What was done to your NA car? I lost to my friends srt off the line the 1st time I went to the track. Granted I was stock and i just wanted to see what times I could run. Oh and I probably couldnt drive worth a @#% back then

I think the srt-4s have alot of lag! In my NA car I can pull them about 2 cars and hold it until 3rd gear. But then the slowly reel me in. It is crazy the only thing I can think of is lag!

SRT4s have very little lag. they have reasonable boost as low as 2000 rpm.

i still remember my run in with an SRT4 at the drag strip during the 2004 convention... :D

i wonder how that car is doing, haven't heard much lately. maybe he blew up?

IDK what it is. My bud b13speed has had the same issues. He could stay in front and then they would reel him in! He was NA also! I find this weird!

Private road or not... It is still "STREET RACING!"
