Found this on another forum, so I thought I'd share it with you guys... Sorry if its a repost or in the wrong forum, but us Californians need this to stop... Usually, if enough people sign, these online petitions work pretty well... If the author was really intent on changing California VC then he would either submit his ideas and talk to his local state senator/representative and/or try to get REAL signatures to put on the ballot for the next election. Legislators listen to real votes; ya know, the kind that you have to have to physically drop in a box at your local precinct, not some nutty online petition that doesn't have much merit.
