DohcSeR 02-08-2002, 09:01 AM I am looking to buy a T3/04 turbo for a HotShot kit. The kit comes with a Turbonetics, but I can exclude the price of that and get what ever turbo I want. I was thinking of getting the Garrett, since Nissan has been using them and they have a great reputation. I have compared prices on both of them and the Garrett seems to be more resonable. Can someone tell me if I should get the Garrett?:confused: Jason Garrett Young 02-08-2002, 09:59 AM the garret and the turbonet is about the same, use same stuff, but the garrett won't fit the Fmax kit, it hits the valve cover 4 bolt flange versus 5 bolt. The garret is about 350 cheaper though normally nsracer 02-08-2002, 01:31 PM I was running a Garrett turbo on my car with the F-Max kit; it had a 5-bolt flange. No fitment problems here....
