Will a t25 exhaust elbow from a w11 avenir bolt up to a gtir t28. If it does, will i still need to rotate the downpipe that i have that works with the t25 exhaust elbow or will it work no problems?

I beleave you are gonna need to drill the T25 J pipe a bit to fit onto the T28

AFAIK the T25 and T28 exhaust flanges are the same, I know the Gt28RS and T28 are slightly different though.

thanks for the quick replies guys, but do you know about the downpipes, that is my major concern.

t25 and t28 will work. I swaped my jpipe over from my t25 on to my t28 with out any fuss really and hooked up my exhuast system with no problem
