will the pulleys off of a regular de work on a gtir det??

Only the DE alternator and water pump pulleys will transfer over. The crank pulley and the power steering pump pulleys are different.

OK fellas, although I do not own a GTI-R motor I do have a lot of friends with them. I was reading a post on the GTI-R (http://www.japmobiles.com/gtir/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1061)messageboard and I decided to call Unorthodox. (Since I am here in NYC with them). They are willing to do a pulley if they get a GTI-R pulley. They need someone to either physically send one down or mail one there (a digital photo could help too).

dude you are a godsend! I will see if i can get my crank and powersteering pulleys off asap! By the looks of things it might be alot of hell to get them off while the motor is still in the car but i will try!

I also know that the pulley wont work on the VE. No chance the GTi-R pulley would work on the VE, eh?
