Hello All,
I have heared quite a lot of people saying that you would preffer to put your money into the performanc / engine rather that the bodywork. This is just a little explanation as to why Europeans differ to Americans.
In some countriesin Europe, mainly France. People are not allowed by law to modify the engines or performance in any way unless you get a special permit.
That is why the looks of the car is concentrated on more in Europe.
Personally I live in England. We can do what we want but you get screwed by the insurance companies if make any changes. Also if you do the engine, it drinks more fuel. Fuel is currently £0.80 per litre. Thats about £3.66 (us$4.99) per gallon.
So as you can see, it can pay to be seen with style, than be glanced at speed.
