Ok on my newly swapped in GTI-R DET into my NX I went to start it and nothing, Im getting fuel but no spark, I have changed all the plugs the distributor cap and rotor button, the coil the wire from the coil to the distributor and the ignitor chip and still no spark any ideas? Just some side note when I changed out the distributor cap and rotor before I dropped the motor in I found that the prong on the disributor cap that the wire coming from the coil connects to was cracked and corroded and two of the four prongs on the inside of the distributor cap were completely shaved smooth basically they were MIA.

did you replace the broken plugs????? are the GTiR distributors different than regular distributors cause that might be bad you should try a new one of those...

yeah replaced em distributor is the next thing to check Im just wandering if anyone else has had this problem so they can give me tips on what to look for

just take the one out of the sentra and see if it works cause you know the sentra runs
