i am thinking of thermo coating my exhaust manifold and also my j pipe but i have never heard of anyone doing it to the j pipe.i already have my turbo off so might as well do it now.it is a bb mani and j pipe but has anyone had it done before? it is good to keep the heat were it is suppose to be.

If you have it off, you may as well get all of your turbo, or exhaust accessories coated. I got my log manifold and my turbo exhaust housing coated. Once I get done with my downpipe, it will be coated too. IMO, heat reduction is definately one of the best things you can do to any properly built turbo setup. I mean if it's not done, oh well. But I would recommend getting it done, versus not getting it done.
