other than the stock BB intercooler, what intercooler would you turbo gurus recommend for up to 10 psi on the BB T25 that would require minimal cutting of the bumper support?

An intercooler of this size could suport 450 HP. The stock BB intercooler will work fine once it is front mounted but when it comes to intercoolers the more surface area you have exposed and the more aluminum you have usaually makes a better working intercooler. There are other factors to apply but nowadays most intercoolers cores are made very good. Zak Nilson had one years ago on his BB DET NX2000, as did Mike Gosselin on his BB DET Sentra SE. Both seemed to like it, as does Rob Cadle, a turbo charger engineer! To tell you the truth, I woudln't even go with the HKS unit! They are way over priced! Core # 2 retails for $560.00 -20% = $448.00 just for the core. The endtanks are $35.00-$45.00 each. I woudl say get a custom Spearco or the FMAX intercooler. The Forge units Greg is setting up for a Group Deal are great.
