Well, when I start the car it idels for about 5secs then bog down and die
If I hold the Acel it will run but of couse the sec i let go it's over..
Any help would be nice.

whats your timing set at, and whats your fuel pressure at?
will it stay running if you hold the throttle open?

Well, I don't know the fuel press yet.
And yes, it stay running if i hold the throttle.
I will have to check the timing.

what are your apexi settings at hi/lo?

I didn't touch those settings.
I just pulled the codes from the ECU first fast flash was 1 second slow was 5.. and from what this Froum tells me is.

Code 1,5 - Mixture ratio is too lean despite feedback control; fuel injector clogged

Think that could be the problem? Not enough fuel pressure?

Fuel pump fuse in? good? gas in the tank? Did you hook up fuel lines correctly?

Car turns over for a couple of secs, yea. I can hold to 2k with my foot on the pedal and it will stay there. but when i let go it dies.

If fuel pump wasn't in, it wouldn't start at all.
Reverse lines you hear it turn but it won't start - My car starts
Gas is in the tank, not a whole lot but as I said, I can hold my foot on the gas and it will stay where ever i leave it at until i remove my foot.

Things I was adives to try tomorrow.
Buy new spark plugs, Gap them to 32,
reset ECU,
i'm installing my WAlbro fuel pump tomorrow.
TRy my best to look for any kind've vacuum leak.

Plug wires in the right spots? injector plugs in the right spot?

still no start.

Probably the MAF isn't plugged in correctly, or you forgot to plug in a vacuum hose (like the IACV hose).

Check timing 15 degrees
fuel pressure 43.5 with vaccum hose off
gap plugs depending on boost more boost less gap
airflow meter 18 inches or more from turbo,so turbulance doesn't occur,and double check over all the wiring u did..... goodluck :rofl:

try un wiring the afc and running it off just the stock ecu at idle, see if it idles.

Bet it is a vaccum leak, like the idle inlet hose that runs off the intake to the IM under the TB. All I can say is pressure test the system, then start looking at fuel and ignition issues. Good luck man, it is a pain in the ass doing this stuff sometimes. Once you get it you will be pretty proud though.

i also say vacuum, it just sounds liek thats the problem. is it really crappy throttle response aswell and if u hit the brakes will it bog even more?

as of right now, mine hardly starts.. or if it do start it dies pretty fast.

there is a vacuum line in between the maf and the throttle body.....it is the big hose that runs from behind the intake manifold to the intercooler pipe do you have this line hooked up
