I just hooked up my consult yesterday, and did a quick run up to about 60mph, and noticed my injectors hit 73% duty cycle during that time, and with only 7-8lbs of boost.

Now since I have run 14lbs in the past, wouldn't that mean my injectors were going static?

I thought 50lb injectors would give me plenty of play room!

One other tidbit of info which could be the culprit - I got no reading at all from the O2 sensor, and it said "AF Lean" at the bottom of the screen the whole time no matter what I was doing. Obviously I need to check into that issue, but I wanted to make sure I don't have undersized injectors regardless.


Anyone know what the limit is on 50lbs?

the 3bar 50lb program is good to at least 350whp. I would say that the lack of a working o2 sensor is causing false reading. I bet you are running super rich as well.

The lean/rich reading from the sensor is useless, it does not sample under WOT conditions so take ti with a grain of salt.

I thought the 3 bar/50lb were good for 525cc of fuel, that would be good for about 330WHP, and the 550cc were good for the 350WHP.

i thought Consult displayed inj. duration in milliseconds not as a %. i am trying to find out the same info but i couldn't figure out how to get Consult to display in %.

It's the one that says duty cycle.

OK, so I should be good with my current setup even after I upgrade to the disco potato, although it will be close.

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't maxxing them out on my current setup. I tried, but Greg V. was out until Monday when I called - hopefully I can get a new sensor soon.

the 50lb program is good not for 350 whp but 350 flywheel hp. right around 300whp is the limit. you can crank the fp up some but it's not a long term solution.
