Back in 1996 when I couldn't find a decent B13 SE-R, I decided to buy a new G20. I really wanted a G20t, but all I could find left in February of 1997 were standard automatics.
Three years ago I broke down and bought the '91 SE-R I always wanted, but I realize I can't justify keeping two cars.
I was going to pour more money into the SE-R (I already got a JDM motor, new brakes, a new clutch, HKS exhaust, and lots of interior trim pieces), but it doesn't interest me that much any more.
Since the G20 was the first new car I bought, it has more sentimental value (and it's still in good shape).
Has anyone modified a G20 with an auto tranny? What did you do? How did it turn out?
Is there anything to rekindle that lovin' feeling for my Infiniti?

Sell the b13 and the parts and convert your G20 to manual. It will make driving ALOT funner.

Use the G20 as the daily driver. Keep it for work. Use the SE-R for the weekends and something to stare at and toy with when you come home from work. Thats what I plan to do with my NX once I get a house with garage. I will get a P10 auto or stick, lower it with nice rims and a Greddy. Thats it. It too will stay clean.

That would be the best option but he sounds like he doesn't want two cars.

Drive the G20 as a daily driver.
Mod the SE-R and drive it like you stole it!

I'm not sure where to start on the mods for my P10. I definitely want to keep it looking stock from the outside, so I will keep the stock wheels and probably only modify the engine.
I have read that the stock cats and exhaust aren't very restrictive, so I guess I should start with a new intake (and I have heard that there is no Cold Air Intake for a '96 G20) and headers. Does anyone make strut tower braces, or are they unnecessary for road driving?

You can get a 94+ SR20DE intake kit. (94 sentra se-r, 96+200sx se-r, etc) The header you can get I would imagine would be the same as a 95+ 200sx se-r because you probably have a downstream O2 sensor at your cat.
