Can one of you guys that has a classic measure the height/length and width of your stock radiator..? also if you have a digi camera, can you take a few pics of the mounting points and hose outlet and inlet..? And measure the distance between the mounting points...Or even better.if you have both a B13 and a B14..compare the two to see if they are the same. If you could either post them here or e-mail them to me @
flyryd@cox.net
we are working on another radiator option other than the Nismo one.

The nismo unit is a direct replacement. It's a bit thicker but will slide right in.

Cool.so that means that a radiator designed around the B14 will fit a B13 as well...? correct..? thanks Jim
I'm sorry Brad I overlooked your post man. I'll be under the hood this weekend and I'll see if I can get some measurements for you.
Is that Nismo unit a two core? You've been overheating I take it?
As far as the radiator cap I think its for like a 96 Nissan 300zx 16lb that works for the classic. Please correct me people if I'm a litttle off on that. You can pick them up at any autopart store.

Cool....thanks..
No I am not overheating. We are getting all aluminum race radiators fabricated from a well known company to put them into production for the Nissan crowd, and didnt have a classic rad to send to them...we sent them my B14 and Keiths B15 rad to fab..I am sure it is the same for the B13...but needed some measurements to be sure it will fit so they can sell the B13 application too...thanks lemme know what you come up with

The company is a well known company in the racing community. I do not want to name them as of yet, so that we can get thru the fabrication and fitment portion of these products. Put it this way, they make aluminum race rads for Nascar as well as many other types of motorsports. Once we rec'v the new parts, I can tell you fit and finish (which I am sure will be top notch) and weight difference. I am not too sure there will be a huge diff in weight, as the stock rads are plastic tanks with aluminum single cores. I know they will handle higher pressures and last longer as well as cool better. I am sure they will look awesome as well. :D

The company was C&R Racing. We sent them our stock units and they screwed us big time. It was supposed to be a completely sponsored part, due to our downtime and trouble. Not to mention all the research involved. Our cars where sitting for 2 weeks. They told us it's be a 72 hour tourn around.
They in turn took our units, developed the new designs, then shipped our stock units back to us, saying they'd give us $25 off regular price. They are now selling them online. Personally, I won't ever buy one from them, nor endorse them due to their dishonesty.

I hate it when companies do that sort of shyte. It happens a lot out there. I have a Nismo turbo radiator which works great and then added water wetter. This stuff is no joke. It kept the temp down by about 15 degrees. It just took a while for my car to warm up. On the highway, here in FL, The temp runs about 178-180. Burrrrrr, that's cold for the NX. I just flushed the radiator and did not add water wetter this time (lazy). The car runs about 190+ on the highway. forget the aluminium crap. You can drop your temp quite a bit with these 2 items.
