;) Ok, I think I'm going to look for a 1993 SE-R. Thats the year and model SR20 I've always wanted yet I never could find one. I've had a 91 SE-R and now I have my 98 SE.

Must be red, must be a 1993.

If you know or see any for sale on the east coast (preferably Virginia and northward) email me at Storm88000@aol.com.

Thanks.

And oh yeah, I don't know what I'm doing with the 98. May sell it but seeing all the trouble Bens having I'm not sure. It's either this or I'm getting a Miata.

Why a 93? Everybody knows the 92's are the best. 91's don't have cruise, and the 91/92's have better seats, they also have the better dashboard layout. You're not picking a 93 just for the better front lip are you?

Hehe. Well 93 for the lip, the interior (I personaly like better) and the headlights and front grill. :)

I do like the 91-92's but I like the 93 better. :)

I like the 91 and 92. I just like the 93 more.

I hate the 98's. :D

I know of a nice 92 with some fast things on it and a roll cage (full stock interior). It's ready for anything, autocross, track, whatever. New clutch too I believe.

It's in Raleigh.

My 91 has factory cruise and a 94 bumper...can life get any better? :D

And also, the 93s have the plastic headligths which tend to turn yellow after a while. :(

Seriously? Now wait a minute Serban...how did you find cruise on a 91? My guess is you did what King Turd did and custom fit it :) Right?

Ok seriously, why I like the 93 best:

-Seats
-Material (seats and inner door panel)
-Dash layout
-Bumper
-Headlights
-TAIL LIGHTS (thats a big one)
-Front grille
-Newest high port SR20
-Cruise
-Sunroofs I think are more likely on the 93's than the 91-92's but I'm not too sure

I think thats about it. Although there are some other minor differences although I can't seem to remember them right now. ;)

I went the King Turd route, works good :D Whats so different about the dash? I thought its the same, unless you're talkin bout the instrument cluster.

I "NEED" cruise...when I drive home from school its about 500 miles (7 hours) of driving, it really comes in handy, usually my foot would be all sore, but not anymore.

i had cruise on my black (first) se-r. it was a $30 wal-mart conversion that the previous owner used, and it broke a couple months into ownership. my second se-r (red one dad owns now) has cruise, and it works but i find myself NEVER using it when i drive the car. my third (and current) white se-r doesn't have it. it's a '92 with 83k, no sunroof, no abs and no ugly inside seats (sorry, i just hate the grandma seats in the '93 and '94 ;)). man this car just feels fast. only thing i've done is upped the timing and she hauls. i can't wait to start modifying it. too bad i gotta rebuild my tranny first. ohh well, i'm really close. :(

geez i didnt know for sure that 93s had plastic headlights!! i thought mine were a little flimzy oh well

if i could have a dream se-r it would be a 92 for the lack of a chinspoiler, preferably no sunroof or abs, with 93 seats... they seem to be grippier... and besides they look way better :D , and i agree with serban. ill take my cruise control the only people quacking about it are those that dont have it. its almost as effective as my radar detector against speeding tickets.
