: Where to buy solid dogbone mount for U13?
Pradamuimui 09-19-2005, 01:20 AM Hello everyone, Im sure that this has been covered a million times but if one of you fine sr20forum members woudl be as kind as to tell me where to buy one from I would be greatly obliged. By dogbone mount Im talking about a front solid dogbone mount for a 1997 Nissan 200SX SE-R. So the turbo outlet pipe will clear the crossmember. Thanks guys.
we sell prothane mounts individually if you need. Check AD Fabrication in the vendor forum at the bottom of the front page.

thats what I am saying, you can get just a front mount. Prothanes are solid.
liupj 09-19-2005, 04:19 AM I'm thinking he wants one that'll clear the manifold issues with the crossmember (with lower mounting turbos)

but that is the downpipe and crossmember with an avenier setup, I thought it had nothing to do with the mount?
92_Sentra 09-19-2005, 10:40 AM no its with the U13 bluebird too

The compressor outlet pipe hits the front engine mount. You can either cut like 1/4 of the mount off, or get a solid one made. The crossmember has to be modified too to clear the outlet pipe.

Andreas Miko can make them. Get in touch with him.
ah ha, I didnt realize it affected the mount also.

Do I have to modify the crossmember to get the piping to fit? Is there no other way around it?

Most people cut it, or bash it in, but if you wanna do it the ghetto way, go for it

No, I dont want to do it the ghetto way. I dont believe in doing things half ass.
So how much did Andreas Miko charge you to do that to your cross-member?
McCoy 09-19-2005, 05:02 PM Are you using the U13 compressor outlet pipe or one supplied with the jgy kit?

You'd have to get in touch with him, he will need your old crossmember as a core.
Pradamuimui 09-20-2005, 09:22 PM turbotime.us isnt working. Can anyone tell me somewhere else to go?
TUNED200 09-20-2005, 09:30 PM I set up them with mounts. Give me a few days to contact Mike and I will see whats going on. We might have to do another GB if the demand is up.

Well I need a solid front dogbone mount ASAP. So if someone could tell me one to buy one, or if you have one for sale? I need it very soon.
