Wife saw some crystals on the back of some newer sentras and loved them.
I showed her the mexican headlights thingmajig and she loves those too.
Needless to say, we're saving up the $ to buy the headlights, but she also wants the crystals on the back as well to boot.
Problem is: I can't seem to find them anywhere.
The earliest I can fine are '95+ Sentras.
Any ideas?

they dont make crystals and they arent street legal anyways. people seem to think that the altezza style lights are street legal, but those too are not. i think one company made street legal ones but then the whole roof fell in on that one.

Guess they depend on where you're at.
They're legal here in Oregon.
At least I'd think so seeing as how they're sitting on part store shelfs.
Except, none for my 1991 Sentra SE-R.

none of the clear lights are dot approved. here at least theres a little sign on the shelves that says 'for offroad and show use only'. they look decent but they are a bitch to see at night. like i said, some of the altezzas are dot approved, and some of the 'euro style' lights are dot approved. if you really really want the swap you could always do a whole swap and graph in a set from another car, but i dont like this idea.
you could also make your own using home depot products. i had a guy come into lowes who was going to do that.

Hmm.
I never did look and see if theyw ere DOT approved or for offroad/show use only.
Considering the number of wrecks from streetracers running illigit races in the dark of night around here (4 of them ended with death, including a driver's gf's 12 years old sister), you'd think the police around here would be cracking down on these cars, and seeing as how i got pulled over and searched for having a taillight out.......
But that just may be the luck of the draw.. =)
