I did the installation last week and just wanted to post some useful (and some useless) stuff.

5th gen Hotshot header from Motivational Engineering (www.Motivational.net) was $389 plus shipping and arrived at my house 6 days after I
ordered it. It came with all gaskets except the secondary to cat. I used Nissan part # 20692-65j00 which list for $7.57.

The cat to secondary nuts came off only after I heated them with a MAPP gas torch till they were red. I recomend a 6 point socket *** 12 point
sockets are useless for anything except rounding off rusty bolts. I had to replace the exhaust hanger at the cat to secondary joint. It's Nissan
part #20722-50y00 and list for $12.88.

The stock primary (w/O2 sensor) weighs 12.5 pounds; the HS primary weighs 9 pounds. The stock secondary weighs 12 pounds; the HS
secondary weighs 9 pounds.

I hope this helps somebody.

$389? The page lists the header for $450. How did you get such a good price?

Thx

I just called and asked! When I called I talked to Mike Saiki; I didn't ask why it was more on the web site, I just figured the price went down. I even double checked my credit card statement, and with shipping it was $413. Good luck!

I believe Motivational is going out of business, so he may be trying to liquidate his inventory.
