I wanna remove them just for kicks and to inspect the speakres that ive got in there. WHat tools would I need and approximately how long would it take?

Unscrew all the screws (there is a lot). There is also a bolt behind the cover behind the door handle. Once all the screws and bolts are out, slide the panel up and it will unclip from the door frame. Should only take you a few minutes.

If you have power windows, remember you will have wires attached to the controls.

Don't forget that there is a clip that holds the handle on that rolls up your windows. Be careful that thing will pop off quick and you will be left with a window roller that want stay on.
