SENTRASER 02-17-2002, 06:42 PM Have any of you guys expierenced grinding while going into 5th gear? I bought a 200sx gear set and put it in my Nx2000s case and when I put it in 5th gear it grinds...but, when I put it in neutral first and let the clutch out, and then push the clutch in and put it in 5th gear it doesn't grind...any ideas guys? ~Ryan Saaby 02-17-2002, 10:06 PM I would say it really sounds like the 5th synchro is the issue. Does anyone know if there are any other factors involved? I can get it into 5th gear w/o "double clutching" or rev matching....it just makes a small grinding noise...do you think I'm hurting the gears or anything?
