Well, I'm maybe about half way there. I have the manifold, turbo, downpipe all bolted up. Oil return is in there. What else is there, just think out loud with me here, just to make sure I don't forget anything. I need to T off for the oil feed and run the water lines. Then I need to figure out the top mount BB IC mounting brackets. After that I need to make my turbo inlet pipe with the recirc pipes. What else? Tips? Also, where can I get a recirc tube that goes from the BOV to the inlet pipe?

Terrin--

I'm right there with you. Just haven't started wrenching yet. The final pieces of my T25 setup arrived today.

Off the top of my head:
-The tube that runs from the recirc over to the intake duct, on the Bluebird anyways, is nothing but rubber tubing. 1" diameter radiator hose looks about right, but that's just an estimate.
-John (Project SE-R) bought an el-cheapo CAI for a Honda off eBay, and used the big aluminum pipe for that as his intake pipe from the MAF to the turbo inlet. I must say, it works like a charm, looks good, and was like $20. See his post under 'Members Rides' about his new DET that just went in, and you'll see that big 'ol pipe in there.
-Top-mount that BB intercooler! With about $50 of exhaust tubing from Pep Boys/Auto Zone/whereever, you can do it. The BB intercooler fits nicely between the hood latch support and the radiator on B13s. Two 180 bends, two 90 bends, maybe a couple 45 bends, and some straight sections, and it's up front where it belongs.

I'll be right where you are within the next 2 weeks, so keep us (me) posted on how things go, hurdles you hit, etc.

Hope this was of *some* help.

My roommate took over 70 photo's of my motor for his class project. :) So I will have plenty of pictures. As for scanning them, whenever I get off my lazy ass I will. I had a problem with the hard line that returns oil from the catch can hitting the wastegate actuator. I had to bend it away with a screwdriver. And thanks for the tip Ben, on unbolting the AC Compressor off the block. The manifold itself gets in the way, even if you pull back on the hose because the AC line is a hard line. One bolt is kinda difficult to get to, but using two wrenches together did the trick.

I will convert the BB IC to a front mount but I dont' think it fits perfectly like you said. It will hang down too low unless you are talking about mounting it behind the bumper support. I have a ghetto turbo inlet pipe right now. With two rubber 90 degree bends. That will be replaced after I get this damn thing running. Oh yeah, this is the stock original 137,000 mile motor too. Hopefully it runs well with the C1 cams.

Greg, do you have AIM?

as for the 2 90 bends, just buy 3 total 180 bends, cheaper that way, and knowing you terrin, cheaper is good

oh, and the stock intake for the NA DE would work nicely to put the POP right next to the battery tray.

No recirc on the stock intake tube. Also, I'm keeping my stock battery location. Just my personal preference. Don't wnat a damn battery in the trunk.

PS: I have the 90 degree bends taken care of. :)

I KNEW IT! Damnit. Things were going too well. Something was bound to happen. My damn stock O2 sensor doesn't fit! It's too small for the fitting. WTF? I thought you just had to extend the wiring harness. Crap. Now what?

Ahh...the wonders of the internet. I love it. So I have to take off the nut on the stock exhaust manifold. Luckily I sold my Hotshot and was using a stock one again. Now, to get it off.....

Oh yeah, it's SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTH. There's no other way to describe the T25. You don't realize how hard it's pushing you back into your seat until after you let off the gas. It's not like an all motor motor.
