Well running (no immediate work needed)
Daily driver (looks ok in and out... no shell interiors)

I'd also consider a cheaper 200sx or 240sx swapped as well... I cannot spend more than 5000 dollars... but just cause I have it... do not assume that I will spend it... this is simply my checking account's limit...
