Ok now according to the FSM, is the crank pulley supposed to be on the second line at TDcenter? I made it go to tdc by using a screwdriver in the #1 cyl.spark plug hole and turning the crank until the screw driver went up at the highest point. the pulley mark is at line 2 of six lines.-5,0,5,10,15,20 is this correct?

I think that's right. Anyone know if the UR pulleys are the same? I believe I read they were marked just like the stock crank pulley.
