Hey guys, I'm curious what most of you are doing with the valve cover vent hoses for your turbo cars.
If you are standing in front of the car, looking at the engine, there is a T coming out of the driver side. The bottom of this T, I have running directly back to the motor. This is just like it is stock, minus the oil seperator. The side of the T which points to the fender, goes back to my intake, after the MAF, before the turbo. The stock Nissan oil seperator is inline.
George Peters from JWT set it up this way, but everytime I remove the intake pipe, I can feel a light coating of oil, and some oil pools down at the bottom of my filter :( I'm guessing that oil seperator is just pissing oil back in to the intake. After looking at several pictures of turbocharged sr20 engine bays, it seems like everyone has something different. Some just use a small breather filter on the side of the T, others use catchcans. What is the best solution to this?
