I bought a cheap a$$ muff on speedpeople.com that has a removeable "silencer."

Its the kind that basically covers the outer part of the muff diameter.

Does anybody have any suggestions on removing it? I removed the bolt, but the "donut" is still wedged in with no way to pull it out.

it's a bitch to do, it took 2 ppl to get my wifes silencer off, me and my friend both had vice grips pulling for like 10 min before it came off, if you plan on using it again i would grind a little off the edge of the silencer so it will be easy in /out
