well thanks to ebay, i sold my gsr setup for 3000 and i want to drop that on a kit, anyone have any ideas of what to get? of course i want the fastest setup i can get for 3,000, piping and gauges will be used from seperate money.

sans piping, intercooler and guages, you could probably piece together an FMAX stage 1 or maybe stage 2 for that. expect about 240-250whp outta the stage 1, as you will be out of injector overhead at 10 psi. the stage 2 has been found to get 350whp on the stock bottom end, C16, 15 psi, and no water injection. proceed at your own risk...

another setup to get could be buying a T28 and GTiR manifold from Andreas Miko, look around in the for sale section for his number, buying your own intercooler, etc, and have about the same HP as the Stage 1 FMAX, though you wouldnt have the opportunity to just buy bigger injectors and go much higher in power.

Hotshot http://www.hotshot.com has an entire kit for $3299. it will be similiar to the T28 as far as power potential goes, but will spool less quickly.

Is there a difference between the F-Max stage 1 exhaust manifold and the stage 2, I was assuming they were one and the same?

a lot, like 100 whp or more, pending fuel and motor strength.
