S5's will give you great peak power and take away from your low end punch. The idle is really lopey, so if you like that, you are good to go. Unless you are dead set on the auto, I would focus your funds on a manual swap, that'll give you the most "fun for your bucks factor", IMHO. I personally think you should get springs/retainers.
