That price is very good i just hope the quality is atleast on par with the Motivational Rear Strut Bar. I might be getting this very soon maybe within the next two weeks or so.

A Strut Tower Bar connects the strut towers. Either in the front of the car or the rear. If you pop your hood, look to either the right or left of the engine bay and look at the round outcropping in the firewall and see the 3 or 4 nuts sticking out. This is where the Strut Tower Bar connects it helps your suspension out by reducing the amount of flex in your chasis.
so there are bars for the front and rear....which now is the best brand?

I have the rear bar a bit unconventional. Nice quality,it doesn't bolt to the towers it pushes on them.

How does it compare to the Motavitonal RSTB and is it a direct bolt on?
The work like Focus said. The bars are a "press" fit. The bars have adjustable "feet" at each end. Yopu simply hold the bar up to the strut towers, and then tighten the "feet" so the bar is snug up against each strut tower. Simple.
i just hope the quality is atleast on par with the Motivational Rear Strut Bar.
The RTR STBs are made out of Aluminum. The Motivational STBs were made out of D.O.M. Steel. However the RTR STBs are thicker than the Motivational bars, so they should be just as strong.
Does anyone have pictures of them?
I emailed Joel Ward with that same question. He'll be taking pics this weekend, and I'll post them as soon as he sends them to me.

Pushes on the strut tower? I rather get the motivational bar.

i just got mine today... i am not as happy as i thought i would be with it... don't plan on using one if you have a speaker box as they sit too low on the towers even at the highest possible installation. the hardware looks like good stuff. it seems to be well made. i painted mine white and it looks pretty neat.

If you want a push-on without an adjustable preload tension, you can do as well by mounting some angle bars from HomeDepot across the strut towers. Its a ghetto job, but doing so is actually moderately functional. ;)
