my bad i was just looking for a quick answer and i saw cosmetics lol i duno why the guy would say it wouldn;t though...kinda weird

the only thing thats different is the bottom mounts are a little different, cause the 98-99s had different headlight set up in the back. use plastic ties to hold it on its quicker to take on and off. dont use the clips they suck.
