Maybe some of you guys can help me. I have a 95 200sx Se-R with a 91 de motor Turbo (t28, corba maf, 50lb injectors, port polish, s3 cams, and dual boost controller.) I adjusted the boost controller for 10lbs and the other setting for 15 and I am only getting 5lbs. I had the ecu sent to jwt too but still low boost. I can not figure this problem out. Please HELP

Make sure the dip switches on the back of your boost controller is set for internal wastegate! Are all of your vacuum hoses zip tied? Makes sure you don't have any vacuum leaks!

My boost controller is set for internal wastegate the boost gauge is reading at 20psi of vacumm so I don't think I have any leaks. Also at ideal my fuel pressure is at 32psi then goes to 43psi at wot and thats it. ?

Are you running the 4 bar program? What kind of regulator are you running.

I am running the 3bar program with the stock regulator

Strange. You are reading static pressure, right? (fuel pressure with the vacuum line disconnected from the regulator) Like Louis said, make sure all your hoses are zip tied and check for small cracks/tears; you may not see them at idle or on decel, but under boost a small tear/crack can turn into a big hole and start bleeding off boost...

True I'll check that tonight

Also you may want to check any gain switches if there are any on your controller. Increasing gain will increas boost signal, giving more boost. This is something i overlooked on my Blitz before.
Good Luck

I forgot to mention this, check the adjustment nut on the internal wastegate! It should be adjustable up to 9 psi.

Something is screwed up with the way you have your hoses plumbed. If you have your fuel pressure set for 3 bar (43.5 psi) with the vacuum sensor disconneted, and you are showing 20 in HG vacuum at idle (about 9.8 psi), then you should have 33.7 psi of fuel pressure at idle. OK, that sounds about right. Now, if your boost gauge is reading 5 psi, you should be getting 48.5 psi of fuel pressure. But you say you're only getting 43 psi of fuel pressure at WOT. Sounds like your fuel pressure regulator is not seeing proper intake manifold boost. At the very least, it seems that your boost gauge and your fuel pressure regulator aren't tied in to the same source for intake manifold pressure. You need to fix that.
Do not use the vacuum port located on the underside of the throttle body for any sort of vacuum signal associated with turbo function (boost gauge, BOV, wastegate signal, nothing). This is an attenuated vacuum signal that is cut off with the throttle closed. This is used in the EGR system. Be carefull to make sure all of your signal lines are using the right pressure source.

Thanks Rob that is some really good advice. I'll try that when I get home. Thank man!!
