This area has been closed to new threads, due to a new ratings system being in place. Posting in existing threads is allowed for now.

I'm seeing new posts, is this section back open or should we continue to use the new system?

i say stick with both. i like being able to see what the users feedback is, with out going out and searching it.

You can replay to existing threads you just can't add new threads.

Edit: I just tested it out and you can add new threads.

Well in my case, the thread that started the deal (where I was the buyer) must have gotten deleted. So the only way for me to leave feedback for the seller was to start a new thread. And I'm sure I'm not the first person that had to do this.

I reopened that area for two reasons.

- The more educated people can be regarding sellers the better.
- People can not report bad eBay sellers and vendors with the new system. Both can be put to use although the new system of ratings is obviously more directly linked to people's names.

I have no way of connecting the ratings with the posts in the buyer/seller feedback area. There has been some confusion about this. I highly suggest sticking with the ratings system, since it notifies people that they have been rated.
