Tell me who this kid is and let me smack his ass.

What the hell he talking about is not good.

When u have turbo the pullies will give it more torque and the cams will give u alot of Horsepower.

It all depends on the cam you plan on running. With regular turbo apps, S3's and S4's are optimum for performance. The duration on the C series cams seem to be too much. Unless you're looking at some sick horsepower, then I think C series can be used. Also I've heard some talk about aftermarket pullies not being good for turbo motors, but I never heard anything that convinced me.

I have the full UR 4 piece underdrive pulley set on my turbo SE-R... I can't think of any reasons why it's not a good idea. The water pump pulley especially, because it helps prevent cavitation. I don't have cams yet, but once my car is done and fully tuned with the stock cams, I plan on getting some S3 or S4 cams to dyno test and tune to see how much of a difference they make on a turbo system. I know they'll help though, that's not really in question. :)

Terrin (92SE-R) has C1 cams with his T25 setup, and it runs flawlessly. almost no detectable lope (sounds like his timing is just waaay retarded) and the thing pulls hard, all the way to redline.

According to Corky Bell (wrote "Maximum Boost") the best cam for a turbo application is an "economy cam" - one with low overlap and duration. This creates good cylinder filling at low RPM, off-boost.

Basically, the turbo will do the work for you, even with a small cam, the turbo will FORCE the air in. There isn't really a need (short of huge horsepower) to increase the duration/overlap/lift.

Damn Joe,
the pullies are fine. The 2 set is fine, and the 4 set is for the complete 1hp more! Nothing against people with the four set because that is nice, but I am trying to save my friend 70 bucks and put it towards something more usefull. But wait a minute, you dont have to save money joe! You just bought your car for dirt cheap w/ 24k on it. So why not buy a f-max kit , one for you and one for me. Then I will agree with whatever you say! LOL, jk!!! I will talk to you later, and smurfs are the fastest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL
