For those out there with GC's;

What spring rates are you guys running? I wanted to know what was a good rate to go with for street driving and occassional drag and track days. Also what are the best setups you have for your AGX's when driving in those different situations? To help out some more I live in a city area with bad roads and also climate with some bad winters. For any of those that could shed some light then by all means post something.

Thanks

I have 350f/300r rates on my NX with AGX struts. The struts are set to 2f/5r. The car is competitive in my local autocross region in the STS class. More importantly, I took it out on an extended mountain run today and it handles AWESOME on the street. I don't have it lowered much, basically it's just high enough to keep from hitting the Koni bumpstops too hard. On rough roads it is a little sketchy, but stable, which is really all that matter. I don't commute in the car right now, so I can't comment on that, but for cruising around and competition it is great.

I was thinking 300f / 250r. Need to get some more feed back then I can make my final decision.

B14..running 300/200..I think even a littel stiffer would be better. Running the AGX's on 3 and 5. It is firm, but very decent ride.

350/300 with agx's set on 3 and 5. Great all around ride.
