tial or hks with a set 12 psi spring.. dump to atmosphere

well bud i told you the story of the head gasket and now i want to do it right and get the max out of my gt28rs.
can this manifold be welded then (i dunno what kind of mani it is jgy never told me)

you can weld it to the manifold if you like suggest the middle/top of the manifold... or on j pipe with a/c removal..
