That garage looks real unsafe and cold on the inside with the broken windows and many air leaks.

Lay some new grass? Lol, he's somewhere colder than FL. That will just be burning money right now. :D

I would just paint it grey again. Make sure to put a piece of wood behind it to keep the overspray to a minimum.

if your going to lay cement you need a stone base anyway and this is that stone. Its possible in the future. No real reason though since the garage is paved.

Its in good shape, new struts, new clutch, that kinda thing. Needs some body work. That thing handles better than any other car I have ever driven. :biggthump
