What exactly should I tap my boost gauge into to get the best reading? and most accurate one?

TIA

intake manifold? that would be the actual pressure your motor sees....

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but I don't want to tap into my intake manifold.

Would t-tubing it into one of my AVC-R's boost lines give me accurate readings??

uhh, use a vaccum line that is after your throttle body, there are a few to choose from, most use the line going to the charcoal canister for this and the wastegate. it is not recommended to use the line coming out of the throttle body itself that goes to the EGR or something, as this isnt always showing true manifold pressure and will consequently dick your readings up.

Thank you for the insight :) I figured it out though, and it reads correctly.
