alright my problem is ive got bald summer tires on and its january now ive got a pair of 205/70/r15 tires and i want to know if i can fit them under the little b13

Unless they're snow tires (which they may be if you're in Vermont), I don't know that I've heard to people running 70 series tires on their B13's. Nice comfy ride down the interstate, I'm sure, as long as you don't have to turn! And your speedo is going to be way off. According to the tire size calculator,

when your speedo reads 60mph, you'll actually be going almost 70! With regards to the tires fitting, it's iffy. I run 205/50/15's and it rubs just a tad on the passenger front if I hit the bumpstop. I would be rubbing a lot more if they were 70 series tires.
