: More problems with my SR20DET Swap

Ok....once again Im having problems with this piece of crap SR20DET engine. So you know I have a 1997 Nissan 200SX SE-R with a SR20DET Bluebird U12 engine swapped into this 200SX SE-R, Jim Wolf technology reflashed ECU. As some of you may have read in a previous post I poseted about having a high idle problem. Well that problem is now fixed. It turned out to be a faulty IACV Valve. So once I fixed that problem Im having more freakin issues with the engine. Now instead of idling to high it wont even run. What I mean by that is that everytime I try to start the engine it will jump to about 2000rpms idle there for about 7-10 seconds and then sputter out. So whats the deal with this engine now?? Could it be a fuel pressure regulator?? I did replace the stock fuel pump with a 255 Walbro Fuel pump. Could the stock Fuel pressure regulator not be up to the challenge??? How is the new IACV adjusted? Is it wide open? Try closing it fully and then opening it 2 and a half turns. Are all of your vacuum lines connected? There is a vacuum port in between runners 3 and 4 on the intake manifold that is notoriously overlooked. Make sure it is plugged or connected to something. Just some thoughts..........
