My passenger side front 3/4 of the side skirt got easily kicked off while I was changing tires today. I didn't have the two fender fasteners in so it was mostly my fault. But the fasteners along the side skirt seem to do jack to hold it in. It's in there now and it's not going anywhere, but I'd like for it to be held in there better. Are new plastic fastener things in order?

this fix might be kinda ghetto, but i used double sided adhesive tape from 3m. just make sure the surfaces are really clean and it works perfectly. just dont use the emblem tape, use the regular white kind, and make sure you hide it well, when it secures its immediately set and does not let gol. hope that helps

Yeah that should work. Or can you change the plastic fastners on the side skirts?

Which part are you talking about? the part that goes right behind the wheel, or the part that is on the rocker panel...either should screw on at the bottom, and screw to the fender on the front one...send me a pic of which clip you're talking about or post it and I'll tell you if you can order it, I just got done ordering a bucnh of clips for my rocker moldings...

IT must be nice to not respond to your post Ben....why do you post a topic and not reply when people ask questions which could lead to the solution to your problem? Just curious...either that or you're avoidng me...............gheto man..

Well the auto replys got turned off and I haven't been in here a while. :) When the snow (and subsequent water) goes away I will get my NX up on jackstands and take pics of what is going on. A big part of the problem is that after the bodywork I never put back the two plastic screw-pin things that hold the front of them in the front fenders, so all that weight was on the side skirts.
Are the correct clips hard to find locally? Autozone doesn't have them?
