Why people install B15 cluth disc in their car?? Are they better than the B13,B14?
I'm going to have a new clutch who will support about 400hp,so what clutch disc should I use?

TIA!!

I belive the B15 disc is thicker than the other models. I'm not completely sure on this, and I dont know how much thicker it is, if it is.

If you have or are going to have a 400 hp setup then I would not recommend the OEM B15 disc. You will probably need to go to at least a 6-puck if you don't want major slipping.

Thanks!

Pretty sure that it will. I have a 92-93 tranny(LSD) and I am using the B15 disc. I am using my 98 flywheel though. I have Redline gear oil in mine and love it. Mobil 1 synthetic is also very good and less expensive.

hey sr20detutah

i know you said you use redline in your ride so im wondering if you have any suggestions - im going to get my tranny rebuilt i have the the jwt PP and b15 disc (for my 91 w/BB) so i am wondering what your opinonion is on Break In, should i go a couple thousand on regular gl4 fluid or would i be okay to go straight to mobil 1 syn. (BB not swapped in yet)
thanks

Lamar- I'm not the expert on this, but you shouldn't need to break in your tranny with gl4. You can go straight to Mobil 1 synthetic. If anyone else is better versed on this topic feel free to comment.
