i real like the idea of having a smaller battery relocated to my trunk. plus to save some weight. whats your opion, pro and cons about smaller batterys? i know there i chance of loosing power with the battery being relocated but that why yo have a thick wire correct? i have a regular battery right now, it just took a dump on me. It has always gave problems with corousion(sp), and i have have to chance to hook-ups atleast 4 times already. i am opting to get a new one asap.

go with a regular maybe optima battery? or go light wieght and relocate to the back? odysey 12 pound battery :)

Well... it's in the trunk already, so you are trying to get a more even weight distribution... plus, I'd see how much these actually weigh... it says light weight, try and get some specs on the weight and charging and amperage ratings.... otherwise get an optima red top.... oh and if you do go light weight, try and get a drycell!

I just did a trunk mount writeup which you may find helpful. Don't cheap out on the wire!
