1. Should be
2. I'd start with getting the entire rear hub assembly from an SE-R.

Yea its possible. Trying to remember if you have to replace the hole rear beam or not. Dont think so, but also think about brake bias. Might want to replace the porportioning valve also while you are in there. Check sentra.net they gota have a write up on it. Id go ahead and put ad22vf's up front for the hell of it and convert the back, change valves if needed or master cylinders if you really want to. (Kojimaits)

According to a discussion about fixing the rear toe-in on B14, and the possibility of using a Sentra / 200sx SE rear beam for a core, we decided that they are different. You'll need an SE-R rear beam, plus the brake and hub assemblies, rear brake lines, and the proper master cylinder.

I think motivational engineering has a kit/bracket. Check the write-ups on the Sentra Online Magazine.

I am about to do the same thing, I have a '95 200sx se going DET, I've put the AD22VF's up front and I'm going to convert the rears to disc, I just checked, and the hubs are the same, so all you should need is:
Calipers
44001 0m800 - Right
44011 0m800 - Left
Splash shields
44151 0m800 - right
44161 0m800 - left
Brake Hose (for 95-97 cars)
46210 8b721 - Right
46210 8b722 - Left
I just noticed I don't have a part sheet for the master cylinder :-(
Anyone happen to have that info handy (part # comparison 1.6 to the 2.0 200sx's)
I have a fiche but want to take it somewhere with a printer so I can print them off.
While there is a different rear axle assembly part # listed they don't show a difference, I'll let you know how my install goes in a few weeks.

Qoute from Mike K. and a article he wrote. ttp://www.sentra.net/tech/brakes_modifications_b14.shtml
"The caliper mounting brackets for the rear disc brakes on the 200SX SE-R and 98-99 Sentra SE are part of the rear beam axle itself! This means that the entire axle must be installed to convert the rear drums to discs. Along with the axle you will need the emergency brake cables, calipers, rotors, pads, and master cylinder from the SE-R. This is a rather involved process that will require a lot of time and money. Option number two (which is still in the works) will be a rear disc conversion adapter. SMC products are working on brackets for this conversion. They will tentatively bolt on to the existing axle and the caliper will mount directly to the bracket, making the conversion much easier"
I swear I saw a picture of these brackets in the online magazine Check SMC in a search.
