I am getting some 15 inch rims becuse I hate buying tires.. what size are you running. I am thinking a 205-50-15. does that sound about right????

I'm running 195-50-15, pretty happy, although I don't do any racing at this point, just the back-roads thing. Would 205s rub?

195/55/15. I plan on gettin either 205 or 215/50. Supposedly the 215 will fit on the stock wheels. I hope thats true.

Isnt the stock size 195/50/15?
I have now 205/45/16, 205s do not rub...
I'm sure you could do a 205/45/15 if they make that size.

i like those rims, i was thinkin of how nice theyd look in bronze on my black 200

With a 38mm backspacing, you can get a 205/50 under there. It'll be tight. I currently have 40mm backspacing and am running a 195-50. The fronts are fine. On the rear, you can get maybe a finger-width inbetween the strut and the tire. No more.

Kong Heliums, huh? You can get those for the insane price of $365 shipped for a set of four over at www.groupbuycenter.com

The GB is about 4-6 pages back when you get over there, btw. Look for it, and you'll find it. I'm thinking of buying two of those for drag radial usage, my bad self.

If you have a 205/50-15 it will not be the same height as a 195/55-15. The tire radius of the 205/50 is 4.75mm smaller and at 70mph the 205/50 will actually be going 68.88mph. 1.595% error.

Perfect fit on my NX2000. No rubbing ever, looks great, handles amazingly.

Less than 1% odometer error (better than 205-50-15).

Really?!! a 215 wide tire to fit? my 195s have a tight fit although im on B14 rims. I only know of one tire in that size, the T1-S. oh and what type of wheel and what width is that. I may have an unbeatable new wheel and tire combo for STS! now , if only i could afford it :rolleyes:
