Hey guys who got a GTI-R swap in there fwd... when did you get it, where did you get it, and how much did you pay? Also, are you satisfied with spending extra for this motor?

Bought mine from a friend for an awesome price $1300. I will be satisfied once I get the motor in next month, I sure of it!

I know where you can get one for 1400. Thats a sick motor. Be ready to do some work to massage it in.

what is INTIRACTIVE talking about? I got mine for $1700 from a friend who a connection in Japan I guess, i'll been more than happy when i finnish the swap

i know everything i need to do to install the motor into my car. shave a bit off the block, invert two wires, drill my flywheel, etc..

got mine from a guy on here with the name mrphilmon for 2g's shipped to my door for free with a clutch, afc controler, and a ARC topmount intercooler

Isnt the GTiR motor plug/play just drop into the B13 sentra ? i can jsut switch over my old tranny onto the gtir tranny and itll work correct ?

this is not a drop in. some mounts have to be fabbed i believe along with other stuff. search more , ive seen it on here.... theres a good list of stuff that needs to be done.

Huh? No mout fabrication. Drops right in, need to shave the oil pan a bit or bang the crossmember, rear passanger axle only aligns with 2 bolts. Then you have to do some rewiring in the harness. Pretty much it.
