Never order an intake from www.procarparts.com. The price my be cheap but the intake will not fit. Dont make the same mistake I did. Unless you got 80 bucks to throw away.

Yep he's right. I posted a while back in check this intake. Just spent a Month e-mailing and calling. They sent some other components it still didn't line up right and I still had the wrong adapter for the air filter and wrong reducers. There service sucks and the component quality is crap. I sent it back Fri. And put a call into my Credit Card Company. I feel worse for people useing e-bay and getting stuck with this junk. At least I won't have to worry about it anymore. The wasted time is what pisses me of the most.

Yeah but I only had time on the weekends to install it, and their company only having a week return policy, I missed the dead line to return it. So Iam being charged 80 bucks, and its taking up space in my room. Now I am just trying to figure out what to do with it. Maybe I can turn it into some kind of an instrument

Well if thats the case I might run into some problems. But credit card Comp. are pretty good about things like that. It took more than a week to get it . Another 10 day's for the next set of wrong adapters. So yeah I am well past the week. But I will let Citi deal with them. A week return policy is useless and what hurts is they are getting away with it much to frequently.

if you guys got the intakes off of ebay, please give them a bad report so no one will buy from them. you could also call the better business bureau, Etc. blasting them here is a good start. just give them bad publicity.

Good start NXextremeSER. I was going to suggest the same. Report them to the Better Business Bureau. Also, maybe everyone who bought the intake from this guys post it up here and see how many of you are having the same problem.

For now looks like there's two. The more the merrier and and BBB will definitely listen if you have more people. One week warranty is "CRAP" regardless of line of business. I mean I buy fish for my tank that has longer warranty than that.

This is what I got back from them. Real class act company! Waive the restocking. Big deal. So now I am suppose to pay another freight charge if they refuse it. That is pathetic.
We apologize for that. However, usually if we get a package without a return merchaindise number, we will refuse it.
We will notify our warehouse department to check the package for you. But it still has chance that they will refuse it. If
your package got refused, please tell us. We will send you a return label. You can send the package back by the return
label.
Due to the company policy, we need to charge 20% restocking fee of the product price. In your case, we will waive
the 20% restocking fee for you. However, we cannot refund you the shipping and handling fee for you. Therefore, we will
refund you $69.95 after we get the item back.

I dont know about focus, but I bought mine straight from the company. I am going to call my credit card company tomorrow to see what they could do but Iam not expecting much. Todays lesson is, never buy unknown company intake.

I bought it direct as well. Just have to wait and see what happens? I won't be satisfied with just the 69.95 I want the shipping also. I hope my Credit Card Comp backs me on this. I think I have over 20 e-mails sent and received. You can't get to them on the phone it is always busy.

Quick update they refused the package. So 2 more weeks go by. Now when they feel like it they will send me a return label. This company really bites. There product is crap and there customer service is a joke. BEWARE PROCARPARTS.COM
