I have had mine installed for 2+ years and no issues yet. I believe that is 2 cases of the seam on the piping splitting. The other occurred in the UK I think. The holes need to be bored to fit your engine accordingly. The header and your head expand and contract all the time. If there is no margin for this movement, the metal will force it's way to where it wants to go. Even if that means cracking just to adjust itself. But I haven't seen it on the secondary pipe.
