OK,
I've Developed my 304 SS Intercooler Pipes and I ran into a little snag. The BOV has a 1/4" line that runs from the manifold to it.
The IC piping just before the TB should have a 1/4" line that runs from it to the Manifold ?
Can this line be the same line?
Or do I need one line from manifold to BOV
and one from IC piping to Manifold for AAC valve?
Also Where should I "T" off for my Boost Guage?
what about FPR ?
My Waste gate is connected at the Turbo Outlet.
It's a Delta gate So what line do I connect a Boost controller to.
The line at the BOV?
This is on a BB DET with a Custom F-max style set up.
As you can see I'm a little mixed up.

First of all, Dwayne, seriously, throw that deltagate FAR FAR away. Get the TIAL. Seriously. I've heard of SOOOOOOOOOOOOO many problems with the Deltagate. I guess if you feel like rebuiliding them every month then it will be fine. I personally wouldn't. Ok. To address your questions. I would highly highly recommend NOT T'ing off the FPR for your vacuum lines. I did this and when I developed a vacuum leak, I went WAY lean, and almost blew my motor. If you already have the BB motor, there should be a spot in the back of the intake manifold to run your vacuum lines. I would recommend T'ing off the BOV and boost gauge at the same spot. The 1/4" hose that goes to the piping right before the TB is for your wastegate. Your wastegate has to detect the amount of boost going into your motor in order to know when to start bleeding off boost. Think about it this way, at a certain amount of pressure, the spring in the wastegate will compress and the wastegate will open, bleeding off boost. If you have a vacuum leak from the pipe to the wastegate, your wastegate will probably never open and you will overboost. The boost controller goes in between the wastegate and the IC pipe. Keep in mind, this is from my experience putting BB DET parts on a DE motor. The FMAX kit might be slightly different.

Ok thanks for clearing some of this up for me.
One thing alittle different is my Turbo Has an outlet at the end of the compressor housing. should I just cap this off.
Also the Waste gate has two openings. from what I've read the one on the side connects to the turbo and the one on top connects to the Boost controller.
I do plan on replacing the Delta crap with a Tial after I get the car running. but for now a new waste gate is out of budget.
Thanks

Excuse my ignorance on this, but i want to make sure i get this right when i install my T25 onto my DE. Where exactly does the vacum line that connects to the wastegate come from? Do you have any pics? Thanks for your time.
