ok guys, i have the 4 puck clutch and have went thru 2 trannies, im getting the bluebird motor and after the motor is in, i do not want to break my tranny. i have the x treme pp and the 4 puck disc, would it be ok, to leave the stock disc and put the x treme pp on with it?

thanks

You should have no problem putting the stock disc in with the Extreme PP. I had ACT's Street Disc in when I had an Extreme PP and it worked fine. (The street disc looks identical to the OEM Nissan disc) It will probably wear out quickly and the clutch definitely will not grab as well with the stock disc as with the 4-puck. Maybe try a 6-puck.

damn, i hoped that this would work good, i love the way the 4 puck is, and if it didnt break 100 trannies in a month i would stay with it. so this clutch setup wont hold the power? *** ill just put the 4 puck disc, i cant stand a slipping clutch.

Try a 6-puck. I know that will hold up fine unless you are pushing 400+ whp.
