i'm a first time, long time fourum member.. its glad to be back.

anyhow, I can't figure this out and i hope you guys can help me with this...

i have a 97 se-r that has developed a hestitation/stuttering problem @ 2000 to 3000 rpm, hot or cold temp, light acceleration in neutral or in gear.

I thought it was EGR problem so i checked it, cleaned it, and then finally replaced it but the problem has not gone away. i think it is something emission related but i cant pin-point what. I do not get a check engine light or error code either.

so, anyone had a similar problem? or have any other ideas?
